Quality guarantee and return policy
Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads are final. No returns or refunds are issued for digital downloads. If you have any issue with your download or links, please let us know through our contact form or email us at mytinyventures@gmail.com and we will work with you to ensure you are able to receive your download.
Quality Guarantee for Apparel or Other Physical Products
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Tiny Ventures. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 21 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Within 7 days of receiving your claim information and images, if our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. Please ensure you send pictures of any damage, defects, poor quality, or other issues you may encounter with your product through our contact form or email us at mytinyventures@gmail.com. Please keep images to less than 25mb per image or 25mb total between all images if more than one image is included in a single email. If you need more image space, simply email more than one time including your order number in each email with the image(s).
If you do not wish for a replacement order, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll issue you a refund or store credit depending on which you would prefer.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged orders that were not caused by you, we will cover the costs of a new order. This includes:

Damage to the delivered products originating from the warehouse or the delivery company,

Errors in the quantity of the delivered products, the wrong image printed, or the complete wrong product,

Lack of quality of the delivered product.
Return Policy
We currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. As such, they are final orders. As stated above, we do offer replacements, refunds, or store credit for an unsatisfactory order.
Lost Orders
For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 21 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
Returned to Sender
For orders that are returned to the sender, please contact us (no later than 21 days from the estimated delivery date) and get in touch with us so that we can arrange for a replacement order, refund, or store credit depending on your choice.
Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

Wrong Address: If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Please correct your updated address with us.

Rejected by the Recipient: If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and a refund or store credit issued. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed: If you are not able to receive their order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please contact us so that we can send a replacement, issue a refund, or issue a store credit depending on your choice.
